Return Policy.
We Anverally and Sons (Private)
Limited strives to provide a pleasant and comfortable shopping experience and
pay attention to customer service with each order we receive.
The customer may cancel the order within 8 hours after
him/her place the order.
If the customer happen to receive
a ‘damaged’ or ‘incorrect’ item, the customer can return the item by raising a
refund or exchange query by sending an email to online@anverally.com with the following
details within 24 hours after
receiving the order:
Order number, product quantity, reason for the return, an image of the
‘damaged’ or ‘incorrect’ item, and email registered in www.anverallytea.com.
For the items acknowledged as
'damaged' or 'incorrect' we will request the customer to return the purchased
item. All returns should
be made within 14 days for the international orders and 07 days for the local
orders. Customers should ensure that the returned product is unused, with
the undamaged packaging and in its original and re-saleable condition. If we
find that the product has not been returned in the above condition, the return
will not be approved for a refund or an exchange.
Once the return is approved we
will refund the price of the item and the courier/freight charges customer had
incurred to return, to the purchaser’s account as store credits or as a bank
deposit within 14 working days of the receipt of the returned product or we
will make an exchange within 14 working days of the receipt of the returned
product.

through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales and not eligible
for returns*
* The returns due to personal
preference will not be allowed (eg: you decided that herbals are not your cup
of tea)*
